Ticket Disclaimer

Take care of your ticket, as it can’t be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event and seat printed on the ticket.

Warning: Despite spectator shielding measures, serious injuries can result from objects (including pucks, sticks and other equipment) projected, thrown or hit into the spectator area in connection with the event for which this ticket is issued (“the event”). Stay alert at all times including during warmups and after play stops, if struck, immediately ask an usher for directions to the medical station. The Sanford Center (the “Arena”) is a strictly enforced tobacco-free environment. Admission is subject to compliance with applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and Arena rules (the “Rules”). Prohibited items include: but are not limited to bottles, cooler, bags, containers, air horns, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, food products, weapons, professional cameras and all forms of recording or transmitting devices. Prohibited items are not allowed in the Arena and may be confiscated. Holder consents to a reasonable examination of his/her person and property to ensure compliance with the Rules.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and may not be honored. No ticket refunds or exchanges. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Tickets are a revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time upon refunding holder the printed purchase price. The license granted by a ticket will automatically terminate if any term is breached. Tickets may not be offered for resale in any manner which would violate any law or regulation. The holder acknowledges and assumes all risks related in any way to the event (including, without limitation, risks of personal injury, property loss and or damage), arising or resulting from any cause whatsoever (including, without limitation, any acts or omissions by players, coaches, hockey operations personnel, area or event personnel, spectators, and other inherent risks incidental to the event including without limitations from negligence) and whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Holder agrees that the Sanford Center Complex Partnership, City of Bemidji, BSU, NCAA, WCHA and current and former players, and each of their affiliation, parents, related entities, owners, governors, officers, directors, partners, managers, partnerships, principles, and employees are expressly released and forever discharged by holder from any and all claims arising from or relating to such risks or otherwise occurring at or in connection with the Event. Holder agrees to abide by NCAA, WCHA policies and will not make any commercials or other unauthorized use of any NCAA or NCAA member club name, mark, or logo.

Fan Code of Conduct

The Sanford Center and Bemidji State University are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and in the parking lot. We want all fans attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. When attending a game, you are required to refrain from the following behaviors:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
  • Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
  • Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the ice).
  • Failing to follow instructions of arena personnel.
  • Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans.

Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats. Arena staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests, and other fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event patrons and guests who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and loss of ticket privileges for future games.

Prohibited Items

The Sanford Center prohibits entry with the follow items:

  • Backpacks, bags & purses (Diaper bags permitted, but subject to search)
  • Weapons, guns, knives, sticks, poles (any dangerous items as determined by the Sanford Center staff)
  • Alcohol
  • Glass Containers
  • Outside food & beverage
  • Recording devices
  • Aerosol spray canisters of any kind
  • Laser pointers
  • Studded jewelry
  • Unauthorized signs
  • Bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, hoverboards
  • Fireworks
  • Cameras – policy varies by event
  • Non-Service animals dead or alive (this excludes service animals)
  • Other items may be prohibited for specific events. Such changes will be indicated to patrons on an event-by-event basis.

Cashless At The Sanford Center

Starting on Friday, September 29th, The Sanford Center (ASM Global) will no longer be accepting cash payments in the arena.

 

Cash payments will begin to be phased out inside the Sanford Center, starting with the building's three concession stands.

The first event attendees can expect to see changes in payment options will be on Friday, September 29th at the MRA Rodeo Finals. Cash payments will still be accepted at the Ticket Office for purchases and for event merchandise.
